Book Nominations - Plans in Action (PiA)

Ok, so first order of business is some official book nominating. You should comment on this post when you reply (look at me and my blog speak!). SO let's limit the nominations to Top 4 Picks. Also, we should eventually look at what people have already read as a factor....For example, i would guess maybe half of us have read Kite Runner and therefore that might not be a good option...but we'll get there team. we will.
